As if Lilo didn’t party enough to celebrate Monday becoming Tuesday or day turning into night, now she’s making big plans for her upcoming 21st birthday in a couple of months.

“I’m going to milk because it’s a big birthday.”

At the rate she’s going, she might as well. Who knows how many more of those babies she’ll have.

Naturally, the party will be in Las Vegas, because nothing says cliched debauchery like Sin City. She also told Ellen DeGeneres on Tuesday show that she’ll give gambling a try and “learn as I go,” which is probably what she said the first time she cracked open a bottle of Grey Goose.

But just in case you were thinking that Lindsay had learned absolutely nothing from her stint in rehab (you’re just thinking that now?), she also plans a quieter celebration with her family:

“I’m to have a dinner in Malibu. I’m going to be with my family and friends.”

Of course she can’t say what friends as it’s only May and she has no idea who she’ll be feuding with come July.
