Apparently the relationship (or, more aptly, “relationship”) between Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal is still going strong (or “strong,” if you prefer). The two were spotted, conveniently, rendezvousing after a doctor’s appointment on May 25th. Because nothing says hot afternoon loving like a trip to a general practitioner. Sex-ay!

After the visit, the two left in seperate cars but headed back to Reese’s house. Says an eyewitness:

“Jake put his hand out of the sunroof and was waving. They looked totally in love.”

Yes, waving is the international symbol of love. I can’t believe that’s not part of wedding ceremonies worldwide: You may now wave at the bride.

His unnamed friends, though, insist this is the real deal for Jakey:

“Jake said he’s found someone who knows how to look out for both of them, and not just themselves. Reese is more attentive than anyone else he knows.”

Awww, he wants a mommy and an assistant all rolled into one. That’s so romantic…in an antiseptic kind of way.
