This goes back to October 2005 and one of her many car accidents. Remember the one outside The Ivy when she claimed the paparazzi were chasing her and she had to escape? I had forgotten Lohan hit a parked van during the ensuing “chase” (which seems to have happened all inside her head) and the driver, Raymond Ortega, has been trying to get Lindz to pay for the damages ever since to no avail. So in the tradition of “The People’s Court,” he’s not getting mad, he’s suing–not just Lindsay, but The Ivy, too, whom he claims served her alcoholic beverages and helped facilitate the crash.

Ortega is suing for over $200,000 and claims that when the accident occurred Lohan was driving recklessly and “looking over her shoulder instead of watching the road.”

Pfft, c’mon, she’s Lindsay Lohan–can’t she pay someone to watch the road for her? Geez, people, as if celebrities have time for vehicular responsibilities.
