Never let a couple little things like substance abuse and rehab get in the way of a party, that’s Lindsay Lohan‘s mantra. Plans for Lilo’s 21st birthday party–a huge blowout at Pure nightclub in Las Vegas on July 2nd–are still in place.

According to attorney Michael Heller, a friend of the Lohan family, Lindz is contractually obligated to have this shindig and that she will be there. Assuming she can actually tough it out at Promises for the 30-day stay, that would put her, literally, fresh out of rehab. And everyone fresh out of rehab really just needs to head straight to Sin City for a monster blowout. That’s the 13th step that isn’t often talked about…

Said the attorney:

“Lindsay said she’s doing the party in Vegas, no matter what. Just because you’re sober doesn’t mean you can’t go out and have fun.”

And what better way to test that theory than by partying til the wee hours of the morning in a bar. Great thinking!

Heller also denied that the party was going to be sponsored by Svedka vodka, saying there was never a deal with the Swedish company to begin with. Of course not–everyone knows Lindsay’s a Grey Goose girl.
