Isaiah Washington Explains: “It Was Patrick’s Fault”
Isaiah Washington says his “Grey’s Anatomy” set blow-up was all because Patrick Dempsey kept showing up late to tape scenes. When he confronted Dempsey, it was Patrick who first went psycho.
“He became unhinged, sprayed spittle in my face. I’m asking him why is he screaming at me. … He just becomes irate.”
It was at that point that Washington used a homophobic slur. Wow, that makes…no freakin’ sense at all! Can he just stop talking? He’s just digging a deeper grave for himself with every sentence.
Washington also claims the slur was not directed at T.R. Knight, who is gay, saying that Knight just used the situation to advance his own career.
“He has been very disappointed in playing the character he has been playing. He told me that.”
So, instead, he just gets lucky that this ass clown happened to use a slur that he could say was directed at him, comes out of the closet, and…what? Knight still barely registers on my pop-culture radar, so how has this helped his career?
Again, Isaiah? Please go away–for a good long time.
