Here we go again. Just 11 days after walking out of her six-week rehab stay, Lilo was arrested early this morning in Santa Monica for a DUI. Police also found cocaine in her possession.

Per a news briefing this morning on CNN, the police spokesperson said that they were alerted of a problem when a woman, who identified herself as the mother of Lohan’s assistant, called in and said she was being chased by Lohan in another vehicle. When the cops responded, they found Lindz was the driver and gave her a field sobriety test–which she failed. A breath test was done and she blew between a .12 and .13 (the legal limit in California is .08). She was arrested and later released on $25,000 bail.

Those are the facts as they stand right now. Now for the editorial: WTF is she doing? Is she trying to be the new Robert Downey, Jr.? Because, right now, that’s where she’s heading. Christ, I’m not surprised she’s in trouble again, but I honestly thought she’d be able to walk the straight and narrow for more than a week and a half. And chasing someone? She’s lucky no one got killed–some innocent bystander whose only crime was going to a Quick Stop at 2 am (or whatever time this happened).

And where’s her mother in all this? Not that that will be a big help, as Dina’s the biggest enabler of them all. Someone, anyone has to take responsibility for this girl before we’re talking about her in the past tense.
