Three guys who say they were in the car with Lindsay when she was arrested the other night are speaking out–and it doesn’t sound too good for Trainwreck. The three–Dante Nigro, Jakon Sutter, and Ronnie Blake–who say they are friends of Lilo’s former assistant’s boyfriend, claim they were at a party at Lindsay’s in Malibu, where Lohan was never without a drink all night long. After she and the assistant got in a fight, and the assistant quit, Lindsay jumped in the car with the guys and took off down the Pacific Coast Highway after her.

One of the guys, Dante, says he tried to grab the steering wheel from her at one point and she screamed that if he touched her she’d sue him. When they got to the assistant’s mother’s house in Santa Monica, the mother was just pulling into the driveway and panicked at seeing this car speeding towards her and took off. Lindsay followed her through the streets of Santa Monica at over 80 mph. When the guys realized the woman was heading to the police station, they warned Lindz, but she said:

“I can’t get in trouble. I’m a celebrity. I can do whatever the f**k I want.”

Nice! When the police did arrive, Dante says Lindsay jumped out of the car and told the cops:

“I wasn’t driving. The black kid was driving.”

Double nice! Now she’ll have the black community as well. What a dumbass she is!
As Ronnie summed it up:

“It was probably the worst night of my whole summer.”

No comment from Lindsay’s rep yet, but I suggest “Access Hollywood” starts checking their e-mail for a “That’s a lie” response from Lilo.
