Seriously, are celebrities–even marginal celebrities–all stupid? I guess they are, seeing as only a couple of idiots, who have been followed by the paparazzi in the past, would strip down and have sex in a hot tub where they could be photographed.

But, yes, apparently that’s exactly what Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo did when they were in Mexico–and now they’re all up in arms, making a fuss and calling out the high-powered lawyers to make sure the photos don’t end up in the tabloids. Lawyer Marty Singer commented:

“The photos that were taken of our clients by a Mexican photographer violated Mexican law and were a clear invasion of privacy, and we have threatened to take legal action against third parties who publish the photos.”

Well, now you did it: now I REALLY want to see these pictures! Honestly, they couldn’t just wait til they got behind closed doors to get their freak on? Morons, the both of them!
