Sounds like the name of one of his movies where he does his intense stare and runs a lot. But, no, apparently, someone was trying to extort $1 million from Maverick for some stolen photos. The plot (dun dun…DUN!) was halted by the FBI after being alerted by Tommy’s people.

David Hans Schmidt, famous for trafficking x-rated videos of Paris Hilton, Dustin Diamond, and Colin Farrell, was arrested for trying to sell Mav back pictures from his November 2006 totally fake and not legally binding publicity stunt wedding to Katie Holmes. The photos were allegedly stolen from Cruise’s “private collection.” I would think there’d be a lot more interesting pictures in that collection than boring shots of the future ex-missus smiling blankly while her amazing man tried not to fall off his man-heels, but let’s just thank Xenu that the words “sex tape” aren’t applicable to this story, as the mere thought of that is just too frightening to comprehend.
