Jennifer Aniston: All Bark, No Bite
Isn’t there a saying in Hollywood about not doing movies with kids or animals because they’ll upstage you every time? Guess Jennifer Aniston was too busy with yoga and yelling at the ocean to hear that one, as her new role has her playing second fiddle to an animal. And not just an animal–a puppy! Who can resist cute, cuddly puppies?
The role is in “Marley & Me,” the adaptation of the best-selling memoir about an “incorrigible Labrador retriever.” The book was written by John Grogan, and detailed he and his wife adopting this puppy as a means to get used to parenthood. Which is really funny because everyone knows Jennifer Aniston hates children.
I’m kidding…it’s only babies.
Anyway, this is the second project Jen has in the works. The other is a part in the ensemble movie “He’s Just Not That Into You,” which means we’ll be subjected to all kinds of stories about how she’s channeling all her old, secret Brad pain to get into character. God help us all.
