That’s the number of misdemeanor charges Lindsay was formally charged with today. They include two counts each of driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol over the legal limit, being under the influence of cocaine, and one count of reckless driving.

Why is this lucky then? Well, she wasn’t charged with felony cocaine possession, as the amounts they found were under the .05 grams required for a felony charge.

Oh, and it totally wasn’t hers anyway as she was wearing someone else’s pants. Snerk.

Seriously, I didn’t know people could randomly carrying around a certain amount of coke and not get in deep shit for her. Live and learn. Something Lindz most likely won’t do. Learn, that is. I’m sure she’s tap-dancing and doing celebratory shots right now at the Cirque Lodge. Hell, Dina’s probably pouring.
