Eddie Murphy better just face it: he’s not getting out of this one. Mel B.–though she’ll always be Scary Spice to me–held a press conference with her lawyer, Gloria “oh, dear god, her again?” Allred today to talk about her paternity “issues” with Murphy in regard to Angel Iris Murphy Brown, now 4 months old.

Per Allred, Donkey hasn’t paid Scary a cent in child support so they’re going to petition the courts “to decide what is reasonable.” A paternity case has been filed against Murphy to legally establish he is the baby daddy.

“Murphy was promising to do the right thing, but to date he has not done the right thing. Mr. Murphy can have all the babies he chooses to have, but his responsibility needs to be to his own children. [Brown] is seeking sole physical and legal custody.”

In other words: pay up, deadbeat. She also addressed Murphy’s recent engagement to Tracey Edmonds, saying:

“He bought a big diamond ring for his new fianceé. It is nice to be generous to others, but what about his own baby?”

So…PAY UP, DEADBEAT! Man, he’s really trying to weasel out of this, isn’t he? He made good money for those “Shrek” movies; time to give lil’ Murphy Brown her fair share.
