Britney’s shitty September got even shittier on Friday when the trainwreck was charged with a hit-and-run and driving without a California license. The hit-and-run in question is an August 6th fender bender when the moron hit a parked car after making too wide a turn in a parking lot and didn’t bother to stick around and wait for the owner to show up. X17 caught the incident on tape and the woman whose car it was filed a police report.

But, wait, there’s more! Turns out Britney has never been issued a California license–ever. Man, I know those type of things are a hassle when you’re busy running from club to club and shaving all your hair off, but it is the law, Brit.

October 10th is Spears’ arraignment date and she could face up to a year in jail if convicted. Which means she’ll probably do her one day, a la Nicole Richie and soon-to-be Lindsay Lohan. Meanwhile, Britney visited the home of a private nurse in the Hollywood Hills yesterday. Why? Who the hell knows. Hopefully it’s a psychiatric nurse and she was getting some Lithium or something. She could certainly use it.
