And that statement would be “look at my ugly dress!” Man, what in the name of Gianni Versace was Cate thinking with this Zac Posen gown? I’m getting a headache just looking at it for a minute–I can’t imagine wearing it all evening.

I mean, I guess the style isn’t terrible, but the colors (fuchsia and red together?) are horrific. The bottom looks like it was pieced together out of scraps lying around the shop floor. Or even worse, something I could have made in high school Home Ec, just with better sewing skills.

I just don’t get it. Cate usually has great taste, but I can’t imagine what was going through her head when she said yes to this disaster.
