Eddie Murphy Ties The Knot
Now this is whoring out the wedding! Less than 24 hours after getting married, People magazine has all the details of Eddie Murphy‘s sunset New Year’s Day wedding to Tracey Edmonds. Tom Cruise would be proud.
The wedding took place on a private island off Bora Bora and was attended by 25 friends and family. Edmonds wore “a custom designed form-fitting dress by stylist and designer Sugia Nazel and Jill Barraci, designer and owner of Baracci boutique.” And that little plug probably got her the gown for free.
Donkey wore a cream suit and vest with an off-white hankerchief. They gave their bridal party gold and diamond earrings for the women and watches for the men. The wedding cake was by Perfect Endings, in Napa, Ca., the wedding designed and created by event designer, Colin Cowie, and DJ’d by Darrin Ebron.
And do you think they could get anymore product placement in the day? I’m surprised there weren’t details about the caterer and who provided the champagne. Then, again, Eddie’s got lots of child support to pay–he can’t be shelling out all his Shrek money on a wedding. He saves that for the divorce costs.
