Pink and Carey Hart are getting a divorce after barely two years of marriage. They released the following statement to People:

“Pink and Carey Hart have separated. This decision was made by best friends with a huge amount of love and respect for one another. While the marriage is over, their friendship has never been stronger.”

Riiighht. I’m sure they’ll constantly still be hanging out together as “friends.” I’ll tell you what, I don’t know why anyone in Hollywood even bothers to get married anymore. How many marriages even last? For every Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, there’s about 10 Pink/Carey Harts. I think my grandmother was right when she said, years ago, “Just live together; that way when you break up you don’t need a lawyer.” My Grams–a true romantic.
