“American Idol” alum Katharine McPhee is the new fresh face for Neutrogena. McPhee recently inked a two year contract endorsement deal for the skincare line and will be hawking their anti-acne products.

A spokesman for the company told E!:

“We are delighted to confirm that actress-singer Katharine McPhee is working with Neutrogena on an innovative new project that brings consumers the next generation of skincare.”

McPhee shot the first ads in Los Angeles last week, which will probably turn up sometime in May. She’s also preparing to work on her second album, which reportedly will feature collaborations with Canadian songwriter David Foster.
