He approaches the first anniversary of the death of Amy Winehouse, which occurred July 23, 2011 in Camden, in north London. To make it even heavier approach of this event for the Reg Traviss, the latest boyfriend of the singer, there is a heavy accusation by which he is to defend in the coming months: rape.

Traviss, who works as a director, appeared in court today for the first hearing in the dock. Sounding the accusation is a little more than 16 year old girl who claims she was assaulted by the man who 35 years there, twice on 31 December.

According to the Daily Mail, citing a friend of the director, Traviss does not know the girl in question and would deny any responsibility. Now it is up to judges to determine how things went.
