Usher wins in court and gets custody of his children
Usher will deal with in the first person of his file: Judge of the Supreme Court of Fulton County Bensonetta Tipton Lane Friday ruled that the thirty-three singer, Grammy-winning R & B, will have primary custody of Raymond V and Naviyd Ely Raymond.
The spokesman of the Registrar, Cherrise Boone, announced that the measure will be valid from September 1, and that the singer and his ex-wife Tameka Foster Raymond, will have the ‘joint custody.
The news is very positive, as between the two former spouses is not always gone so well. Let us briefly recall their history: Usher, whose real name is Usher Raymond IV, he married Tameka Raymond in 2007. The two split in 2008, because there was no hope of reconciliation and divorced two years later. In May Usher Tameka testified that he spit and tried to hit his girlfriend during a visit and on the same occasion the woman was able to hit him. The singer avoids complaint because he does not want the boys to think that their dad “wants to put his mother in prison.” Tameka’s lawyer says his client was provoked and that Usher has pumped up the story.
The decision of the case came to a little over a month after the death of Kile Glover, eleven year old son of Tameka, who died last month after being severely injured in a boating accident.
