I’m obviously excited to get married, but in a sense I’m already married. I know that our marriage is forever and I do not need a piece of paper to tell me.

For this reason, Cyrus has stated he wanted to give priority to his professional career rather than marriage with the interpreter Hunger Games:

The reference is to his fourth album, which is building with producer Pharrell Williams and due to be released in 2013.
