Kim Kardashian is set to attend the Costume Institute Gala for the first time with Kanye West.

The 32-year-old reality TV star – who was allegedly banned for attending last year’s prestigious event in New York by Vogue magazine editor Anna Wintour – will reportedly be by her rapper boyfriend’s side at the star-studded ball on May 6, after settling her divorce battle with Kris Humphries ahead of a trial, which was originally due to take place in Los Angeles on the same day.

A source told Life & Style magazine: “Kanye West and Kim Kardashian will both be attending the Met Gala in NYC on May 6. Because Kanye is performing he was allowed to invite her.”

The 35-year-old rapper attended last year’s Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art alone, sparking rumours that Kim was not invited.

The ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star was reportedly banned from attending the event, which attracts dozens of celebrities every year, because Anna believed she “didn’t fit the bill”.

A source previously said: “Anna hates Kim. Why would she be invited to the event? It is all the biggest stars in the world and Kim doesn’t fit that bill at all. The Met Gala is $25,000 a ticket, but Kim couldn’t even buy her way in.”

Meanwhile, Kim is rumoured to be preparing to give birth to her first child in June rather than July, as she previously stated.

A source told HollywoodLife.com: “She wants privacy when she gives birth. She’s due at the beginning of June, in the first five days.”

Kim Kardashian has sent Duchess Catherine a maternity gift.

The pregnant reality star was “really excited” to find out the British royal – who was known as Kate Middleton prior to her nuptials with Prince William – is due in July, the same month as the ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star, so she sent the duchess a letter and mystery present.

A source said: “When Kim found out the pair had similar due dates, she got incredibly excited.

“She had her PA write a kind, warm note to Kate, enclosing a gift for the future heir to the throne and explaining they were both due in July.”

While Kim is reportedly disappointed she hasn’t received an immediate reply from the duchess, she was keen to let her know she will be decorating her little one’s bedroom with rubies and moonstones, as they are associated with the Cancer star sign, which both babies will be if they are born between June 21 and July 22.

The insider added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: “Kim has now employed a top astrologer in Paris to draw up all the qualities of a 2013 Cancerian baby and is busy sourcing all the icons associated with Cancer the crab for the baby’s room.

“It will also be decorated with rubies and moonstones – Cancerian gems.

“This was a piece of advice she was particularly keen to relay to the Duchess of Cambridge and was a little saddened not to have received an immediate response.”

Speaking during an episode of ‘Kourtney and Kim Take Miami’, she said:”Kim loves being involved in other people’s lives, just meddling when it’s none of her business. She just doesn’t know when to butt out.”

And Kourtney wasn’t the only person subjected to Kim’s interference in last night’s (03.03.13) show.

She attempted to mediate a face-to-face meeting between her close friend Jonathan Cheban and his business partner of five years, Simon Huck.

However, the meeting ended in an explosive row that left Simon in tears and saw Jonathan flee the house.

Kim Kardashian’s personal trainer wants her to work out six times a week.

The 32-year-old reality TV star – who is expecting her first child in early July – is exercising at least four days a week with celebrity fitness expert Tracy Anderson in a bid to not pile on unnecessary pounds but may soon only be allowed one day off from the gym as part of her strict fitness plan.

Tracy, who also works with Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Aniston and Jennifer Lopez and created ‘The Pregnancy Project,’ a 9 month workout plan specifically tailored to your changing body, told Hollyscoop.com: “If they start off at 4, it is because I am trying to work them up to 6. I think one day off is okay. Everyday that you don’t work out you can guarantee that you will stay your weight or go up 1-3 pounds. This is not 3 days a week for 20 minutes on a machine. It is a 6-day commitment.

“Kim is handling her pregnancy with such grace and love and care and wants to take care of herself. I think that is really admirable. I like to give her all of the support that I can give her. She’s having fun.”

The ‘Kourtney & Kim Take Miami’ star’s workout plan combines muscular structural work along with dancing.

She said: “Kim will do the dance, but it is not her favourite thing to do. She really loves the muscular structural workout.”

Kim recently said that she hasn’t had any problems with cravings, fatigue or morning sickness since becoming pregnant with her rapper boyfriend of almost one year Kanye West, and is trying to be healthier.

She said: “I used to always say I can’t wait to get pregnant because I will just eat whatever I want, but it’s completely different. I’m like, OK, I want to eat as healthy as possible.”

The 32-year-old beauty was treated for severe abdominal pains recently, after her doctor rushed to her home in the middle of the night to examine her and warned her to reduce her stress levels.

Kim’s mother and manager Kris Jenner also confirmed she has been told to relax.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West sparked a serious investigation after being allowed to skip a security checkpoint in JFK airport.

The couple was escorted past a key checkpoint in the New York airport by an airline greeter, in what has been called a major security violation, while rushing to catch a connecting flight to Los Angeles after arriving from Rio de Janeiro on Tuesday (12.02.13).

A spokesperson for American Airlines told gossip website TMZ.com: “This was a lapse in judgment by one of our employees. We’re working closely with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and speaking to the individuals involved to better understand what happened.”

The reality TV star and her rapper boyfriend of almost a year were partially to blame for their onward flight to LAX being delayed by 50 minutes because of the incident.

The couple were initially allowed to board their plane and take their seats on the flight but were soon pulled off and forced to go through another security checkpoint after staff noticed they had been ushered past the previous one.

TSA agents allegedly screened the couple before being allowed to re-board the flight.

A spokesperson for the TSA insisted the high profile couple, who are expecting their first child in June, were not to blame for the security breach, explaining: “An airline employee escorted the two travelers through a non-public area in order to provide expedited access to their domestic flight.

“In doing so, the airline employee violated security protocols by permitting the travelers to by-pass the TSA security checkpoint. TSA officials learned of the violation and conducted a private screening of the two passengers in the area of the jet way.

“The passengers were cleared to board their flight, which departed after a delay of approximately 50 minutes. TSA is actively investigating the incident.”

The couple spent a long weekend in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where they were enjoying their second babymoon before the birth of their first child as Kim, 32, has been warned she needs to reduce her stress levels.

The reality TV star and her rapper boyfriend already have big plans for their unborn child – who is due in July – and are going to kit the tiny tot out in custom-made “really fun stuff” so it can look as fashionable as them.

Speaking on chat show ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’, Kim said: “If anyone knows Kanye, they just know how into fashion he is, and I think he’s going to have things, like, specially made.

“I don’t think hand-me-downs are going to work. I think it has to be, like, really fun stuff.”

While the baby was unplanned, Kim confessed that Kanye, 35, is over the moon about becoming a father for the first time.

She said: “We talked about it, but it was a nice surprise…. He is so excited, it’s really cute how excited he is.”

The glamorous 32-year-old brunette also revealed she is scheduled for a scan in a couple of weeks’ time and the pair are dying to find out the sex of the baby – presumably so they can get to work designing its super stylish wardrobe.

She grinned: “I have another week or two. Yes, for sure, I’m really excited to find out.”

She said: “[It's] a really expensive dream that won’t leave me alone. It’s something that should be over and done with but unfortunately it’s not that easy.

“I’m annoyed about it but I’ve taken it to a level that I can’t stress about this. The judge says we will be divorced in 2013.”

Since the split Kim started dating Kanye West in April last year and the couple are expecting their first baby.

The 32-year-old reality TV star admitted she wants to marry the ‘Gold Digger’ hitmaker, and recently said she hopes her divorce is finalised before the birth of their child.

The baby news was made public when Kanye, 35, announced it on stage during a concert on December 30.

While Kim was surprised he announced her pregnancy, she was happy for him to do so.

She said: “Once you’re past the three-month mark, you’re pretty safe, so he just kind of goes off with what he feels and he was feeling it that night.”

A source close to the 32-year-old reality TV star told HollywoodLife dot com: “Kim is eating for two. She is just craving so many sweets now, like pies and ice cream. She is working out a lot because she doesn’t want to turn into a pregnant blimp!”

Kim revealed on Tuesday (15.01.13) that her pregnancy was a “pleasant surprise” as she suffers from the same fertility issues as her younger sister Khloe, 28, who has been trying to get pregnant with her husband Lamar Odom for the past two years.

She said: “Khloe has been very open about her fertility issues and I think I was always really kind of quiet about mine, and I have similar issues.

“It was a pleasant surprise when so many doctors were telling me one thing and then the opposite happens, and that’s just an exciting moment.”

Kim also said she “definitely” wants to get married again, despite still being legally married to her estranged husband Kris Humphries.

Though the couple couldn’t be happier with their lives at the moment, they want to make their union official in the future,
