Pink lost her baby weight by doing an intensive full-body workout.

The ‘Blow Me (One Last Kiss)’ singer got her rock hard abs back after giving birth to her daughter Willow in June 2011 by following Hollywood trainer Jeanette Jenkins’ innovative exercise routine, dubbed the Burpee Push Shuffle.

Jeanette explained in a video for UsMagazine dot com: “This is an amazing exercise that you can do in a boot camp or in interval training workout to help you burn calories and tone the entire body from head to toe.”

The vigorous routine works every inch of the body and Pink regularly did short series of reps to gain back her enviable muscle tone.

In order to look as healthy as the singer, Jeanette – who also keeps Kelly Rowland in shape – revealed all you have to do is “take your feet hip distance apart, slap the ground, throw the legs back, give me push up, throw the legs back up, big jump. Shuffle to the right, touch the ground, shuffle to the left. Now try that one more time! Now do 15 more reps.”

Pink, 33, has said in the past that the fitness maestro was relentless and credits her with helping her get fit quickly.

She told Shape magazine: “She kicked my butt more than any other person I’ve ever worked out with.”

Pink’s trainers “kicked her butt” to lose her baby weight.

The ‘So What’ hitmaker gave birth to her daughter Willow Sage in June 2011 but after struggling to shift the extra pounds she enlisted the help of personal trainers Jillian Michaels and founder of the Hollywood Trainer fitness Jeanette Jenkins to “inspire” her to get back into shape.

She said: “They both kicked my butt more than any other person I’ve ever worked out with. They’re both amazing, and their bodies were all the inspiration I needed to get back into shape.”

Pink – real name Alecia Beth Moore – put on 55 pounds during her pregnancy and she blames the huge quantities of cheesecake and “sour” candy and deserts she ate for her weight gain.

The 33-year-old singer is absolutely “smitten” with Willow and the little girl has made her and her husband Carey Hart happier than they could have ever imagined.

In November’s edition of SHAPE magazine – in which she graces the front cover showing off her toned abs – she said: “I’m so in love with her. I’m totally smitten! It’s just pure joy for Carey and me. Willow has made us more fun – we’re this cool little threesome.”

The pop star is loving motherhood so much she revealed last month she would love more kids and if she wasn’t so busy preparing for her 2013 tour to promote new album ‘The Truth About Love’ she’d get pregnant.

When Pink and Miley Cyrus walked the red carpet at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards on Sept. 6 tongues began to wag and things quickly got catty – but that was mostly amongst their fans.

Cyrus, who has famously had a drastic ‘do makeover by shedding her locks to a platinum pixie cut, shaved the sides of her head, styling her hair up in a semi-faux ‘hawk.

But even though the Can’t Be Tamed songstress has quite a similar look to Pink, the mother-of-one wishes more girls would follow Cyrus’ lead.

“Everyone has long, brown hair,” Pink said Tuesday during an appearance on the Today show. “When two girls get fearless and shave their heads, it’s a big deal. I mean, I think we’re just a little more daring.”

And even though Pink has been rocking the look for year’s prior, turns out she’s a big fan of the former Hannah Montana star.

“I think she’s beautiful,” she said in response to Cyrus “stealing” her look.

And her thoughts on her punk rock’ do?

“I think she rocks it way harder than I do… I love Miley.”

“Pink and Carey Hart have separated. This decision was made by best friends with a huge amount of love and respect for one another. While the marriage is over, their friendship has never been stronger.”

Riiighht. I’m sure they’ll constantly still be hanging out together as “friends.” I’ll tell you what, I don’t know why anyone in Hollywood even bothers to get married anymore. How many marriages even last? For every Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, there’s about 10 Pink/Carey Harts.
