The ‘Canyons’ actress landed a lucrative contract with Odaingerous clothing company but when Lindsay was sentenced to 90 days in rehab after pleading no contest to charges for lying to police about driving during a car crash last June, the company rescinded their offer.

Creative Director and CEO of Odaingerous Odain Watson told RadarOnline: “In light of the recent conviction of actress Lindsay Lohan, clothing and lifestyle brand, Odaingerous is officially withdrawing its offer for an endorsement agreement of actress Lindsay Lohan as the face of the brand.

“We wish her the best on her recovery and future pursuits.

“We held off on our upcoming promotional campaign due to the uncertainly of Ms. Lohan.

“But have decided to move forward and will soon announce the name of the Odaingerous face and continue the world of living Odaingerously.”

As part of her plea deal, Lindsay, 26, is required to check into a residential treatment facility for 90 days by May 2 and despite claims she would stay at the Seafield Center in Westhampton Beach, New York, her lawyer Mark Heller insists they haven’t made a final decision yet.

The 26-year-old actress recently guest starred on Charlie Sheen’s FX sitcom ‘Anger Management’ and went asked if she has what it takes to become a comedy actress, Charlie was enthusiastic.

He told MTV: “Of course she does. She knows funny. She does chicken right.”

However, Charlie has not always been so complimentary about Lindsay, recently blasting her for being late to th set of the show.

While the actress surprised the cast and crew by being on time and prepared for her first day of shooting the FB sitcom, she was four hours late on her second day which held up production.

Charlie said: “Day one was fabulous. She was on time. Hit every mark. Made us look off our game, which we weren’t.

“Then we had to deal with day two. It was as though she had us held hostage because she gave us half a show.”

“She had an ear ache and was a little bit … four hours late. No, she was a couple of hours late. She was really not feeling well. We just worked around it.

“She was late, what can I say!”

“But when she got there she was prepared – with an excuse.”

Lindsay Lohan has decided to show her support for ‘Scary Movie 5′.

The 26-year-old actress – who makes a cameo in the big screen comedy alongside her pal Charlie Sheen – was originally planning to skip the red carpet premiere in Hollywood on Thursday night (11.04.13) because she was upset at the film’s producers for making fun of her legal troubles but has now decided to bury the hatchet.

A source told E! News that that the actress, who was recently sentenced to 90 days in rehab after pleading “no contest” to charges for lying to police about driving during a car crash last June and must enter a treatment facility before May 2, will join her co-stars Charlie, J P Manoux, Molly Shannon, Jerry O’Connell and Ashley Tisdale at the event before flying to Palm Springs for the Coachella Music Festival.

It was previously revealed that the newly single actress, who split from her latest boyfriend Avi Snow this week after a brief romance, was furious with the film’s producers for releasing a clip in December that mocked her real life legal troubles.

The clip showed her screaming in horror while watching a fake news clip of her probation being revoked and she claimed it was supposed to show her watching one of her old movies ‘Herbie: Fully Loaded’.

A source previously said: “Producers assured Lindsay she’d have the final say on what jokes went in … so she was livid when she saw the probation joke instead.

“Lindsay feels this final joke was meant as payback from producers – all because they blame her for holding up the shoot and trashing her trailer.

“She plans to speak to her team this week over the alleged breach of contract.”

The troubled actress is due to check into a residential facility for 90 days next month as part of a plea deal she agreed last month in relation to a car accident and the proposed institutions are now being vetted before one can be chosen.

A source told RadarOnline.com: “Lindsay’s attorney, Mark Heller, gave a list of of potential rehabs to the Los Angeles City Attorney, Terry White, last week. The prosecutor will personally be calling the facilities to make sure that there is proper security, meaning someone that monitors the whereabouts at all times of the patients.”

Lindsay – who will be treated for alcohol and prescription drug addiction – will have to fully comply with the chosen clinic’s rules or risk an immediate transfer to prison.

The source added: “The facility that ends up taking Lindsay needs to notify the court immediately if she leaves the premises, or breaks any rules. The rehab will be fully vetted and researched by White. If Lindsay leaves early, or messes up, she will go straight to jail, no questions asked.”

The troubled starlet – who was sentenced to 90 days in rehab this week after pleading “no contest” to charges for lying to police about driving her car during a crash last June – was spotted kissing the musician and club promoter after his band City of the Sun performed in a club in Santa Monica on Saturday night (23.03.13).

A source told gossip website TMZ.com that the actress was there to support the band and left around midnight after spending the night sipping out of a water bottle.

The actress also allegedly spent Friday night partying with friends in a San Diego nightclub, where she is said to have asked to be served vodka in carafes, instead of bottles so her table appeared to be alcohol free.

The 26-year-old actress only recently started dating Avi and friends hope he will be a good influence on her.

A source close to the rocker recently said: “Avi’s not a feckless party animal, he works in that industry, sure, but he’s got a good head on his shoulders.

“He’s from a solid background and doesn’t get involved with the drugs scene, he doesn’t even drink much… basically, he knows who is and likes control, he could help Lindsay.”

Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer admits the troubled actress is out of control.

Julia Azrael – who is now co-representing the ‘Mean Girls’ star after she parted ways with her long-term attorney Shawn Holley – says she doesn’t want to be blamed for Lindsay’s flaky behaviour and says it’s impossible to stay in touch with her.

She wrote: “I have made many efforts to convince Lohan to appear for her deposition. I do not know how to reach her directly.”

The ‘Liz & Dick’ star is required to make a deposition in a pending lawsuit, after photographer Grigor Balyan recently filed documents claiming Lindsay’s been busy partying instead of giving evidence in his case against her.

Balyan claims Lindsay’s assistant drove into him while leaving a Hollywood nightclub back in 2010, with the ‘Mean Girls’ actress as his passenger.

Balyan has asked the judge to fine Lindsay and Azrael for giving him the runaround.

In the document – which have been seen by gossip website TMZ – Azrael claims she has to go through Lindsay’s other lawyer, Mark Heller, to get through to her and says Heller’s been making it difficult.

As well as this case, Lindsay is also facing three misdemeanour counts involving a car crash last June after being charged for resisting, obstruction, providing false information to a police officer and reckless driving.

The 26-year-old ‘Jennifer’s Body’ star insists she didn’t mean to “criticise or degrade” Lindsay by drawing comparisons between her former idol Marilyn Monroe and the ‘Liz & Dick’ actress in a recent interview, in which she said she was no longer interested in following in the footsteps of the ‘Some Like It Hot’ star because her life was “negative” and she was “unreliable”.

Comparing the actresses, she told Esquire magazine: “I started reading about her and realised that her life was incredibly difficult. It’s like when you visualise something for your future. I didn’t want to visualise something so negative.

“She wasn’t powerful at the time. She was sort of like Lindsay. She was an actress who wasn’t reliable, who almost wasn’t insurable…She had all the potential in the world, and it was squandered. I’m not interested in following those footsteps.”

The new mum – who gave birth to her first son Noah with husband Brian Austin Green in September – has now attempted to clarify her comments and insisted she thinks Lindsay is “gifted”.

Writing on her Facebook page on Tuesday (15.01.13), she said: “I attempted to draw parallels between Lindsay and Marilyn in order to illustrate my point that while Marilyn may be an icon now, sadly she was not respected and taken seriously while she was still living.

“Both women were gifted actresses, whose natural talent was lost amongst the chaos and incessant media scrutiny surrounding their lifestyles and their difficulties adhering to studio schedules etc.

“I intended for this to be a factual comparison of two women with similar experiences in Hollywood. Unfortunately it turned into me offering up what is really much more of an uneducated opinion.

“It was most definitely not my intention to criticise or degrade Lindsay. I would never want her to feel bullied, as she does not deserve that.

I was not always speaking eloquently during this interview and this miscommunication is my fault.”

Lindsay Lohan admits she feels “grateful” for her freedom.

The ‘Liz & Dick’ star – whose probation was revoked earlier this month after she allegedly lied about driving her Porsche during a car crash in June – says she feels blessed to be able to spend time with her loved ones and is hoping 2013 brings good things her way amid reports she is facing a possible eight months in jail.

The 26-year-old actress wrote on her Twitter page today (31.12.12): “i feel very blessed to be able to spend time w/ my mom, family&very wonderful friends. Very grateful.. May only good things come this year. (sic)”

Lindsay is set to ring in the New Year in London tonight, where she is said to be planning a low key dinner with friends and an early night.

The actress – who is rumoured to have signed up to star on ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ for two weeks before her next court appearance on January 15 – has been spotted shopping up a storm in high end department store Harrods in the city while carrying a Hermes Birkin bag despite struggling to pay her bills.

She also dined at celebrity eatery Cipriani and is staying at the luxurious Dorchester hotel.

Lindsay was recently said to have admitted to her friends that she had hit rock bottom and needed professional help but claimed she didn’t have the money to hire a psychiatrist as she is currently in debt.

The actress was given $100,000 from her friend Charlie Sheen to help cover her enormous tax bill.

Lindsay Lohan is reportedly facing up to eight months in jail.

The ‘Liz & Dick’ star is tipped to have her probation revoked in court this morning (12.12.12) as the case relating to her car crash in June, in which she is accused of lying to police about being the driver, is set to begin and could result in her being sentenced to 245 days behind bars.

Law enforcement sources told gossip website TMZ.com that the Los Angeles City Attorney is “out for blood” and they will file papers on Wednesday asking that Lindsay’s probation be revoked.

They expect the 26-year-old troubled actress to be formally charged with lying and reckless driving tomorrow, after which the judge is likely to revoke her probation relating to her prior jewellery theft and set a date for a hearing to decide if she violated her probation by breaking the law again.

The insider suggested that the hearing will take place at the same time the actress stands trial on the criminal charges, and that even if she is found not guilty in the criminal case, the judge can still rule that she violated her probation.

Lindsay has been on probation since being found guilty of stealing a necklace in July 2011, for which she was sentenced to 120 days in prison and 480 hours of community service.

The actress is reportedly in the UK with her new love interest Max George from The Wanted, as she is not legally required to attend today’s hearing.

Lindsay had a cross with a woman who was in the same club and ended at slapping.

He was later arrested by the police.

It is unclear what this mysterious woman could have told Lohan to make it react well. But what is known is that the celebrities had a few more drinks that gave the impetus to tear their hair out.

Unfortunately his actions had consequences and suspicions that Lindsay Lohan has returned to relapse in alcohol are very intense. So much so that his own father is trying to convince her to return to a rehabilitation center which had previously gone to receive the help they need.
